I’ve been making papier-mache sculptures of animals and birds for as long as I can remember. When I was a child I would spend hours making up stories about their adventures. Each sculpture is lovingly made and entirely unique. Made from cardboard, paper and wire, the creatures are light and scuttly. They have a kind of sketchy wonkiness about them, which gives them a flighty quality, a wild edge.
